Hours: Hours - Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 5pm

The Rubidoux Youth Opportunity Center, operated by the California Family Life Center, is a great place for young people, ages 16 to 21, to gain education, employment, life skills and also have some fun.  At the Rubidoux YOC, a Consortium of Community Based Organizations, School Districts, Private Businesses, and other caring community partners are united together for the common good and development of youth.

Our Goal is to create a system of services to meet the education, employment and development needs of youth in Riverside County.

We offer Programs such as:

  • Tutoring Study Skills Training
  • Summer Employment Opportunities
  • Paid and Unpaid Work Experience
  • Adult Mentoring
  • Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling, and much more

Who Qualifies?

  • Youth Ages 16-21
  • U.S. Citizen or Eligible Non-Citizen
  • Riverside County Resident
  • Self Motivated Individual
  • Low Income

Lead Agency:  California Family Life Center

Partners: Riverside County District Attorney, Jurupa Unified School District, Eureka Project House, Teen Health Services/Riverside Community Health Foundation, Michele Worth-Visual Arts Program, Riverside Community College (RCC) Workforce Preparation and Gateway to College, and the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) Alternative Education
